Holiday Shipping Guidelines

Place your order before the deadline assist in receiving your shipment in time for the holidays. Place your order earlier in December to ensure a timely delivery. No refunds will be issued for any delays in delivery, delivery timelines longer than the information provided by the carriers, or for shipments arriving after a customer's preferred arrival date. There is no guarantee your package will arrive on a specific date.

High Volume of Shipments
Due to high volumes of shipments handled by USPS, FedEx and UPS, expect delays in delivery during the holiday season. Plan ahead if you want you order to be delivered on time for the holidays.

Domestic orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail have a typical delivery time of 3-5 business days and 2-4 days with FedEx.

International orders shipping via USPS Priority Mail International have a typical delivery time of up to 30 days. Customs and duties in the destination country impact the delivery speed. FedEx International Economy offers a faster turnaround time, but may still experience delays due to customs, weather conditions, and any local carrier issues.
