In order to inspect the statues for quality control and have the bases signed by the artist, we must open each box, break the seal, inspect all parts, and re-package the statues. As such, the boxes will display visual indicators, such as a broken seal. This is normal and does not qualify as a reason for a refund.

Due to the nature of producing statues, each statue product will differ slightly. Placement of the signature and numbering, which all are done by hand, will differ slightly with each statue.
